Thank you for your interest in "MAPSITE.in". This Statement of Rights and Responsibilities ("Statement") derives from the “MAPSITE.in” Principles, and governs our relationship with users and others who interact with “MAPSITE.in”. By using or accessing “MAPSITE.in”, you agree to this Statement.
“MAPSITE.in” is an online open-content collaborative attempt, that is, a voluntary association of individuals and groups working to develop a common platform to provide a Geographical way to represent the data what the most people required or want to represent (as a user to “MAPSITE.in” Web Application). Please be advised that nothing found here has necessarily been reviewed by people to whom it relates or with the expertise required to provide you with complete, accurate or reliable information.

Through its network of Web properties, “MAPSITE.in” provides you with access to a variety of resources, including locations of different colleges, industrial areas, communication forums (not developed or purchased by “MAPSITE.in” but probably opted or used by “MAPSITE.in”) and college information, found on Internet or provided by Gujarat Technological University or Admission Committee For Professional Courses on/before 26th January, 2011, (collectively "Services"). The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new Web properties, are subject to the Terms and Conditions.
3. RIGHTS AND RISTRICTIONS
Except as expressly permitted under the Terms, or unless you have received prior written authorization from “MAPSITE.in”, MAPSITE.in's licenses above are subject to your adherence to all of the restrictions below. Except as explicitly permitted in Section 5 below or the Google’s Maps APIs Documentation, you must not (nor may you permit anyone else to):
3.1 access or use the Service or any Content through any technology or means other than those provided by the MAPSITE.in;
3.2 copy, translate, modify, create a derivative work of, or publicly display any Content or any part thereof (for example, the following are prohibited: (a) creating server-side modification in any single line or page of “MAPSITE.in”; and (b) fetching any data or information those are restricted or the property of “MAPSITE.in” as mentioned in section 5 below, to display a map);
3.3 reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service or any part thereof, unless this is expressly permitted or required by applicable law;
3.4 use the Service in a manner that gives you or any other person access to mass downloads or bulk feeds of any Content, including but not limited to numerical latitude or longitude coordinates, imagery, and visible map data;
3.5 delete, obscure, or in any manner alter any warning, notice (including but not limited to any copyright or other proprietary rights notice), or link that appears in the Service or the Content;
4. NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.
5. NO CONTRACT; LIMITED LINCISE
Please make sure that you understand that the information provided here is being provided freely, and that no kind of agreement or contract is created between you and the owners or users of this site, the owners of the servers upon which it is housed, the individual “MAPSITE.in” contributors, any project administrators, sysops or anyone else who is in any way connected with this project or sister projects subject to your claims against them directly. You are being granted a limited license to copy anything from this site (as “MAPSITE.in” is also using the service from Google’s MAP API and “MAPSITE.in” is incised to use it as mentioned in the section 7.3 of Google’s Terms page); it does not create or imply any contractual or extra contractual liability on the part of “MAPSITE.in” or any of its agents, members, organizers or other users.

“MAPSITE.in” reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever, whether generally or limited to you only You agree that “MAPSITE.in” shall not be liable in any way to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
7. TRADEMARK INFORMATION
You agree that all of MAPSITE's trademarks, trade names, service marks and other MAPSITE logos and brand features, and product and service names are trademarks and the property of “MAPSITE.in”. (The "MAPSITE Marks"). Without MAPSITE's prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner the MAPSITE Marks.
